Return & Refund Policy

At Wicked Reality, all products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint at no cost to you. The original item does not need to be returned.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
