At Wicked Reality, all products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you.
Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
