How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after that. International orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
What if my print cracks or fades?
We stand behind every print. If your design cracks or fades within 30 days of delivery, we'll reprint it free. No return shipping required — just send us a photo.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Yes. Wrong size? We'll swap it. No restock fees, no hassle. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Are your designs exclusive?
Every design is original artwork created exclusively for Wicked Reality. You won't find these anywhere else.
Is checkout secure?
100%. We use encrypted checkout with support for Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.
What sizes do you carry?
Most products are available in sizes S through 5XL. Check individual product pages for exact size availability.
Do you do custom orders?
Not at this time. Every Wicked Reality design is original artwork built around a specific vision — custom requests rarely capture that. Keep an eye on new arrivals though, we drop new designs regularly.
How do you handle returns?
We don't accept traditional returns — but we do make it right. If there's a print defect, sizing issue, or something's just not right, we'll reprint, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery. No return shipping required. After 30 days, all sales are final.
How do I know what size to order? Each product page includes a size chart with measurements. We recommend checking it before ordering, as sizing can vary slightly between styles. When in doubt, size up — our hoodies and tees are designed with a relaxed fit.
Where are items made and shipped from? All Wicked Reality products are print-on-demand, made to order in the USA. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order ships.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
